Hi, I’m courtney phillips. owner.
Courtney started WP3 Bookkeeping in 2016 by helping small business owners get a handle on their business finances. She loves making a difference in her client’s books and helping business owners stay informed to make better decisions.
Since then, WP3 has grown substantially. Now, the team has grown and we continue to virtually help small businesses gain control of their finances.
Courtney enjoys hunting, fishing and reading. She lives in Michigan with her husband, son and three rescue dogs.
Alyse | Payroll Specialist | Bookkeeper
I’m a payroll specialist certified in Gusto and a bookkeeper who loves helping business owners feel confident and stress-free about their finances. I take pride in keeping things accurate, organized, and easy to understand for our clients. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughters and husband, taking trips to our family cabin and soaking up all of the little moments in life.
Alayna | Accountant
I have been working as an accountant since 2022 and launched my bookkeeping services with WP3 in May 2025. I enjoy helping clients bring clarity to their numbers and staying organized so they can focus on what matters most. My goal is to make bookkeeping simple, stress-free, and a valuable tool for every business I work with.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading, and spending time with family.
