Hi, I’m courtney phillips. owner.
I started WP3 Bookkeeping in 2016 by helping small business owners get a handle on their business finances. I love making a difference in my client’s books and helping business owners stay informed to make better decisions.
Since then, WP3 has grown substantially. Now, the team has grown and we continue to virtually help small businesses gain control of their finances.
Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing and reading. I live in Michigan with my husband, son and three rescue dogs.
Chelsea | Payroll Specialist | Junior Bookkeeper
I bring several years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing, along with certification as a Gusto Payroll Specialist. I enjoy creating order behind the scenes and ensuring every transaction, account, and paycheck is handled with care. By providing dependable financial records and consistent support, I help clients better understand where their business stands and feel prepared for what comes next.
Outside of work, you can usually find me exploring nature with my dog, enjoying live music, trying a great restaurant, or spending time with friends and family.
Alayna | Accountant
I have been working as an accountant since 2022 and launched my bookkeeping services with WP3 in May 2025. I enjoy helping clients bring clarity to their numbers and staying organized so they can focus on what matters most. My goal is to make bookkeeping simple, stress-free, and a valuable tool for every business I work with.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading, and spending time with family.
